@dirty_weiner No idea. I have Comcast myself. And the troubleshooting never worked! I think they enjoy our phone calls. 😂 But, if you have a landline through them, you can't call because there's no f*cking internet!! 😂

I called them today & asked why my regional sports package is costing the same without @AltitudeTV. I was told I still have other regional sports to watch. No way to remove this without going down to just a few channels. Contract expires 3/18...goodbye @comcast @Xfinity

I called @comcast tonight to voice my concerns about their blocking my @AltitudeTV. The customer service was terrible and there was no compassion to this fan regarding not being able to watch my #Avalanche and #Nuggets. This situation is embarrassing. Just get a deal done!!

I guess I can afford another $9.99 a month for a channel, @TCM, that I used to get in their top (think most expensive) tier for no additional $, however I’m damn sure @comcast and @xfinity can afford it way more easily.

.@comcastcares ever since I got a new modem my internet goes out 3 or 4 times a day for about 1 minute. Is there anything you can look into to see what the issue is. This has been since July. Im at my wits end now.

@yannibluebaby My boss had me call Comcast once to complain that the internet was down for the business and we needed it for work and I was like... yeah, I can do that, but, I guarantee they do not have a single care. Do you even have options there? Most places I've lived only have 1 carrier.
