Online registration for the first grade in e-Albania, procedure and how to act in case of rejection (2024)

This new school year 2021-2022 first grade students will be enrolled for the first time online in 182 public schools across the country through the e-Albania platform.

But how is the application made and what is done in case of rejection?

To apply online for registration, the parent or legal guardian must be identified on the e-Albania portal; then create a new application and report the required data regarding: Municipality where they reside; Relevant Administrative Unit; The address and the school where they want to enroll the child, they also have to choose between the names in the list according to the territorial divisions defined for the enrollment of students.

That is the length of the procedure, and no additional documents will be required. The whole procedure does not take more than 1 minute.

After filling in the form with the data and sending it successfully, this application arrives at the educational institution where the student wants to register and the latter does the procedure for handling the application.

In case the application is done correctly according to the rules, but also when the application is incorrect, the educational institution reviews the request and notifies electronically whether the application has been accepted or rejected.

If the request is accepted, the parent must physically submit the Vaccination Card to the school secretary no later than 10 days before the start of the school year.

If the application for registration of the child is rejected, the parent will be notified of the reasons for the rejection by the relevant educational institution. Applications for enrollment in the first grade began on June 15, but the Ministry of Education will announce the completion date.
