Despite being another rotating puzzle, the first picture's three outer rings move together alternately, so it gets a bit tricky. After aligning the two inner rings, move the outermost ring so that the tips of the fingers align with the arm. Then make sure the second outermost ring lines up with the fingers before moving to the final ring.
